Murder Music is a fast-paced, genuine thriller with a musical twist. While it was written primarily for precocious teens (Mike’s own daughter was the model for Missy), it is also an interesting read for adults who like mysteries that make you think. This 276-page book provides some fascinating information on violins (Missy’s seems to be haunted), jazz and classical music, American history, science, politics, and the strange ability called “double-mind.” Murder Music is highly recommended as a wild romp of a read you won’t want to put down.

You’ll learn a lot about jazz, classical music, violins, and lots more non-musical items of interest. If you enjoyed The Hunger Games, you’ll enjoy Murder Music.
