Ekphrastic Poetry, Friday, August 10

Mike will present a program on Ekphrastic poetry on Friday, August 10, at 6:30 pm, for 2nd Friday Poetry at Benbrook Library. Ekphrastic poetry is poetry about art. Mike will also project images of the art on which the poems are based. Everyone is invited to attend and to read an ekphrastic poem. If you have an image to include in the projections, email it to Mike at: librmike@gmail.com. There will be free refreshments, door prize drawings, and a poetry sales table.
